Personally i don't really like the blood pools, so i went into the fxdecal thing and replaced them with the blood pools from another mod. I dont know how but gta 5 is stuck in the loading screen because of this. How do i change the blood pools without having gta be stuck in the loading screen?

where is bloodfx.dat and how do you edit it to make the blood mist bigger? im kinda new to this stuff and i cant find anything on the internet
