@Slash_Alex I don't see any errors in the 'ScriptHookV.log' file, however, the 'ent-log.txt' tells me that there was a 'ScriptMain exception' somewhere during the initialization. I didn't yet figure out the cause. I'll experiment with reinstalling the components, etc.
Very good and useful mod. However, I have a problem with it. Sometimes it refuses to load correctly. After startup, it flashes a quick message about crashing, and I don't know what to do with it. It seems to just have stopped working without installing any other mods. I can't seem to figure out the cause (I have reinstalled the freshest copies of the hooks, etc). Other than that, excellent!

Excellent mod. One nice addition would be the ability to set spawned pedestrians to no AI mode.
Has some small glitches, but otherwise cool mod. Sadly there seems to be no further development.
