Hi there kizacudo! Thanks for all the hard work making these mods! I have had trouble getting this mod to work and wanted to ensure that these are the correct steps since the readme file isn't always clear.
1. download and extract this mod and upnzip somewhere outside of GTA folder
2. From the extracted download, copy the contents of the gamedir folder to your GTA V folder and merge if windows asks
3. MAKE A COPY OF YOUR UPDATE/UPDATE.RPF FILE AND PUT IT IN THE MODS FOLDER (not in the readme so wasn't sure this was correct but i thiink you need to, sorry i am newish to GTA V mods :-))
4. Navigate to your GTA V dir / Update folder and rename your update.rpf file to something else
5. Open OpenIV, navigate to your mods/update.rpf file and extract dlclist.xml.
6. Edit that file as instructed in the included instructions
7. Do the same for extratitleupdatedata.meta
8. Put OpenIV in edit mode and copy the edited versions of those files back into Update.rpf by drag and drop in OpenIV
9. Also copy the provided gameconfig.xml into update.rpf using OpenIV
10. Make sure the OpenIV.asi is loaded by selecting the Tools/ASI Manager option in OpenIV to allow the mods folder and modified rpf to be used
11. Exit OpenIV
12. Launch Game
When I do this, I get a "Memory error, please reboot and restart the game error" or just a back unresponsive window
