Ok, just read the online instructions for the Map Editor (wish they were included with the download... all this running around finding info... :/ Anyway, found out the answer so no need to reply. Not able to edit or delete posts here, either :( I have the same specs for pc as you do (670GTX is the only difference) so should be all set. Thanks for the Mod, dude.
@ Whats aUsername? I have the map editor. I've used it but never saved anything. I can't find the "AutoloadMaps" directory. I use a mod manager and keep all mods in "Mod" directory and everything works fine but I see no "AutoloadMaps" directory. Where should I look for this? Thanks
Thanks for your mod. If I might make a suggestion? You have included NativeUI in your package but would it not be easier for you to just post a link to it in the description on this web page? It has recently been updated but the version included with your mod is not the latest. You would know more about this because I have no idea how to make a mod so I'm not sure the exact functions of some files. Cheers and thanks again for your time and effort. :)
@YvonnePewPew My intentions were never to harass, embarrass or pressure Ielaonn. But think about what you just said. He does, indeed, owe us and himself an opportunity to see his project thru to the end, no? I was inquiring as to why he may not be updating this and his response was sufficient for me. He owes it to himself to finish what he's started and if he was doing this all just for himself, then why would he publish the result of his work here for the rest of us to try out? I'm guessing because he may wish to do more mods and you certainly need others to try your mods out to "beta" it out and fine tune and finally end up with the "alpha" product that works for everyone who uses it. This, in my experience, is how things work in the real world. Putting up a mod then never updating tells me that either he's given up on it or doesn't have time because of other commitments. Or it could be one of a hundred different reasons. And that's why I posted what I did in the first place. And, please tell me, Yvonne, how it is I'm supposed to use a mod that I "like the feature of and what it brings" if it won't work and needs to be updated? I fail to see what your point is?
I really do like this mod, Ielaonn, and I was just letting you know that fact when I posted my original post. I mean, why else would I have inquired? Cheers and look I forward to your other projects.
Dude, it's been a month since you last posted to this page. I can appreciate that your present circumstances may be keeping you busy, but the 3,936 people that have been considerate enough to d/l and try your mod are waiting for you to update it? Not too much to ask for, is it? Again, I'm not aware of your current situation and hope that life is well for you but your public awaits, man. Hope you update this fun mod soon?!? Cheers
@thatguythatflies what are you on about? You want to d/l this file and install it so it's loaded first when you play? You're not making yourself very clear about what it is you want help with.
