1989 Chevrolet Caprice (Custom Style Donk)
I want to give all credit to ahmeda1999 who gave me permission to use his car to mod the 1989 Chevrolet Caprice. I just want to make a Simple upgrade to my liking so with further do here it is - The 1989 Chevrolet Caprice (Custom Style Donk)

-Real Lights And Neon
-Fully Working Dashboard
-Correct Window Tint
-Real Chrome Details

Installation :
1. Copy the "caprice89" folder to
Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks
(Or make an new folder called caprice89 and place the provided dlc.rpf in there)
2. Open OpenIV, extract
Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ dlclist.xml
open it (Using any note pad), add new line :
dlcpacks:\caprice89\
Save and you done.
You can spawn the car using Simple Trainer by name "1989Caprice"
