I'm noticing an odd circle and rectangle on the rear window. Could be a texture problem?

@[YCA]Aige both bumpers is there like twice...when your bumper fall off, the bumper is on the ground but another is still non damaged on the car...can you repair this or if is something wrong on my site, write where it is setting up?
