Remember the A-10A mod? It was one of my first GTA V mods and has been removed from gta5-mods for quite some time. Naturally, I always wanted to give it an update because the A-10 is just such an iconic plane.
Well, fast forward a few years and here is finally a new A-10 for GTA V. this time the more advanced A-10C version with a more modern cockpit and some new sensors. Doesn't do anything gameplay wise, but at least you can fly the latest version.
Changelog 1.1
-added correct Readme file
-added JAWS and woodland camouflages for a total of 6 liveries (see last 2 screenshots)
This mod comes with complete custom weapons, 4 different liveries and a bunch of "normal" ingame features. The cockpit is the VR model from the Ps4 Version of AC7 and includes working gauges, as well as night lights.
Before you use this, make sure to use the CWeaponInfoBlob Limit Adjuster by alexguirre to prevent the game from crashing during loading.

@SkylineGTRFreak DAMN BRO! I love this new A-10. The smoke that comes out of the GAU-8 just adds more realism, and emersion to the thing! I was wondering if you could possibly release the static model of the LHD. I'd love to have that for my naval fleet.
guys who evers game crashing i have the soloution what i did is the thing we added in the dlclist i remove it and it got fixed for me anyway iam not responsible for anything that happens

@Carpoet go into the vehicles meta and instead of LAYOUT_PLANE_WARTHOG change it to LAYOUT_PLANE_LAZER
@koidkiok First you have to put the a10c folder into: GTAV>Mods>update>x64>dlcpacks. Then you use OpenIV to go to: GTAV>Mods>update>update.rpf rightclick on dlclist.xml and select Edit, then add a Line att the bottom of the File and Copy and Paste this into it: <Item>dlcpacks:/a10c/</Item> then you Save the File and Go into your Game. You can Spawn it Ingame with any Spawn by Name Trainer

Did everything it told me to in the readme but game still crashes when loading. Even correctly installed the cweaponinfo. This mod is broken or just has poorly written instructions
@SkylineGTRFreak im playing a clean install of GTAV and have done everything: installed the mod in the correct folders, updated the notepad files, installed Cweaponinfoblob, game always crashes. Also changed a-10 vehicles.meta to LAZER and still doesnt work. What on earth am i doing wrong? can someone know another temporary fix?
@Jex @yellow10 For you and anyone else that needs it, I've made a __resource.lua that replaces the __resource.lua that you would usually use for this specific model. Working cannon and all other weapons. It also makes it so you can use LAYOUT_PLANE_WARTHOG without your FiveM crashing. Awesome work, love your mods. Anyway you can make this replace the B11 strikefroce? Played around with it a little renaming things and got it working for a little but then the plane spawns three times the size and when you try to enter it the game crashes.
why does this crash my game when I install it? I have the game config.
