Move the car folder into your GTA V dlcpacks folder (located under mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks)
3. Open OpenIV, go to Edit Mode, and navigate to: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/
4. Extract and open "dlclist.xml" with any text editor.
5. Scroll down to the bottom and paste this line before :
dlcpacks:/abtrs7/
6. Save and replace the file back into OpenIV.
SPAWN NAME: abtrs7 (Use any trainer like Menyoo or Simple Trainer to spawn by inputting this name)
