All vehicles handling lines in one single file.
The file contains all the handling lines for all the cars in the game (Over 51.000 lines!)
Also added a folder with an example of what you can do with it. It just adds better suspension and more inertia.

@RED-ITA The file contains all the handling lines for all the cars in the game (Over 44.000 lines!). As far as I can tell, the folder 'update.rpf>common>data' rules over all the others. (not sure, though. I'm just a jackass with a computer...)

@imBIMMER Maybe later, for now I'm working on a "All-in-one Weapons.meta".
@OrangeAgent I understood that this mod is one file that I can put all addon car handlings inside it. So it also works when for example I will replace Buffalo for Dodge, put Buffalo line inside this file and will it work? Because at this time every handling of gtav cars is a must to find in bunch of dlcpacks, x64s, etc.
@adinhoa Addons usually have their own handling.meta. But if they don't, and they 'pull' the handling data from the core game, (say an addon for the police stanier, but uses the POLICE handling id) altering this file will work just fine.
@OrangeAgent I have one more question. Do you think it's possible to make the same way vehicles.meta? All vehicles.meta in one file. Also carcols and carvariatons?
