After... 2 years or something here is the first official release of the Arleigh Burke Class destroyer in Flight IIA configuration. This particular ships represents the fictional DDG-151 Nathan James from the novel and TV series "The Last Ship".
This model features a detailed exterior and features parts of the interior, including hangar bay and bridge. The boat has a custom layout, allowing 10 people to sit "inside". 8 on the bridge and 2 as flight deck controllers on the rear.
It also uses front bumper tuning to represent different ships from the TV series. DDG-162 Shackleton and DDG-157 Hayward can be represented. The tuning changes hull number, name and ship's crest.
The hangar bay doors are extra 1 and 2 and can toggled on and off in the vehicle component menu. Model features some lights, but doesn't look as much as a christmas tree as it did on previous screenshots and videos.
Some radars rotate and the flags are waving in the wind.
NO WORKING WEAPONS. No MG, no missiles, no cannon. Ships can not have weapons natively, converting it into amphibious vehicle class made the handling really... Well, shit.
So here's the current version for smooth sailing in peacetime waters.

cpast: For making a script which finally enables weapons on ships!
Future work will include proper LODs and a better interior (perhaps scripted weapons)

ciws guns working? how? the mod is incredible, but no way to ciws work, all steps no readme file followed correctly. Really nice work on this model, beautiful and nice handling... thanks for doing this mod!!!

Would you happen to have a coast guard skin for the ship? i appreciate it isn’t used in the coast guard however i am looking for a coast guard style cutter and i fear the one you were making may of been scrapped discontinued ? Once again, many thanks for the continued hard work and models that you bring to this community its greatly appreciated, i also apologies for the message spam, many thanks, Polguin.

@polguin2551 the USCGC Bertholf is currently being worked on as well and I am looking forward to release a first version before 2021. Since weapons now actually work, I have more motivation to work on these ships again ;)

I'm not sure why the boat sinks for others on fivem, the first gen model without the guns seems to work just fine.

@RazerJoker THe TV missiles of the new update work through a script, which would have to be reproduced by a mod developer as those scripts are server sided with rockstar games

I had a problem with the high caliber cannon, the crosshair only shows up in first person, it disappear in third person, what should I do?

@SkylineGTRFreak, Hey so, I don't really know if this is something I'm doing wrong or what not but as the last comments say, when the boat gets spawned in, it immediately sinks. I'm thinking the only reason it could be doing that is because of a left out hull or space on the bottom of the boat?
