Thanks to 11john11 for allowing me to work with their mod
Browsing some mods about Vice City, I came to the conclusion that there isn't any old Vice City Police Dept cars, well except for one in a pack I highly recommend to get if you are interested in VC style cars (https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/vice-city-police-department-vintage-skin-pack)
So here it is, the Declasse Brigham with the classic green and white colors of the VCPD. It was quite difficult to find a font that were close to the original VC and VCS design.

-Replaced the model for the Declasse Brigham so this mod doesn't fall obsolete due to the existence of my VCPD pack which already has the Merit Classic in it.
INSTALLATION
-Just put the folder into your dlcpacks folder and add "vcpdbrigham" to your dlclist using OPENIV

-Unopieco: Original version of the lightbar
-Vx5 Voltage: Small edit of the lightbar
