should convert the siren mod for the firetruck in GTA IV

Hi, erm, could you share how we install this?
With openiv go to x64>audio>sfx>resident.rpf then drag the vehicles.oac file into there. Done.

vehicles.oac(Line 1): Not supported format version, actual: "10" but expected "11".
