1.8.8 Release, Drift SZN Update. Increased the steering angle from 55 to 65 and all FF vehicles have gotten FR conversion. along with most AWD vehicles that had over a 30/70 split. Fixed the Stratum in non dirft versions as it wasn't fully FF and Classic Sultan was "Rallified" in non drift versions, I.E. slight increase in steering angle.
1.8.7 Release, "Wuattro" Variable AWD systems added to Obey vehicles simulating Audis' Quattro
1.8.6 internal, Reworked the "Sleepers" formula so you WILL need a power multiplier to "Tune" its true potential (except the DUKES, its has 750HP on its badge) Retine MK2 was converted to a Cosworth. Various traction bias balances.
1.8.5 Update/Hotfix, Fuel tanks on chimera Trike, Outlaw buggy and open wheel class were expanded, carvariation.meta compiled for FiveM, and FlashGT was retuned.
1.8.1 Hotfix, Fixed left over code on the X80 Proto that would cause fuel drain issues with fuel mods and expanded the fuel tank on the Raptor as well

1.7 internal, Added audiohash modifiers to FiveM Cayo Perico vehicles.metas to ensure working sound.
1.6 internal, Removed "Improved grip" Flags.. Didn't really do anything during testing.
1.5 internal, Removed/Added gearing flag modifiers on certain vehicles.
1.4 internal, R* "Bouncy Car" bug removed, cause by a Flag.
1.3 internal, Removed R* "V-Tec" Flags. To buggy to use, didn't allow for smooth acceleration(even in base game).

Unlimited Pro: Primarily for those who enjoy more of "simish" experience, and first person driving
it has the most reduction in steering angle which WILL require a high level of driving skill
Unlimited: For a more casual driver, steering angles are closer to default EXCEPT cycles, quads.
Unlimited Drift: Full Send maximum steering anglE......Drift EXCEPT cycles, quads of course.

-Mass, Top speed, Number of Gears, Drive Bias, Drag coefficient, Down-force, Acceleration, and E-Brake lockup
have been tuned on ALL Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Bikes, Trikes, Quads, Cycles, Boats and Oats
to better reflect the performance values of what they have been based off,

-Reduced steering lock angle to increase overall drive-ability due to increased power
(this doesn't apply to the Drift Pack OR Drift Type Vehicles)
-Vehicle suspension, Tyre grip, and standard brake force HAVE NOT been changed as I didn't see the need to
-Certain vehicles ride heights have been adjusted simply for aesthetic factor, Other suspension settings remain unchanged
-Most duplicate vehicles now have separate handling values to better reflect their differences
(I.E. Blista Compact and Go Go Monkey Blista are two very different cars now ( ͡• ͜ʖ ͡• )
-Revamped AI to better handle vehicles (optional)
KNOWN BUGS:
-7th and 8th Gears have been removed due to the Rage engine not able to actually realize that you should be going faster in these gears
-also Rage engine thinks transmission tuning means adding an extra gear to it rather than shorting shift times
-This means Cars that would have 7/8 speed transmissions normally are now limited to 6
-Which also also means you shouldn't purchase transmission upgrades as they'll most likely nerf your top-speed
-Top speeds may not be 100% spot on to their real life counter parts
-Cars that "pop-up" wheelie unrealistically, I'm still working on the right numbers
-You may come to a sudden stop at high speeds if you have "auto repair" enabled in any trainer
-Grotti x80 Proto has no downforce, idk why it just won't work

Single player:
0. Pick a version, You'll be able to change the handling.metas after initial setup
1. Launch OpenIV and navigate to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data"
replace the Handling.meta with the one included in the "Part 1" folder
2. then go to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5"
replace the vehicles.meta in there with the one from the "Part 1" folder
2.3. then copy the vehicles.meta from the "Part 1.3" folder to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpchistmas2018\common\data\levels\gta5"
and replace the vehicles.meta in there
2.6. after that copy the vehicles.meta from the "Part 1.6" folder to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\spupgrade\common\data\levels\gta5"
and replace the vehicles.meta in there as well
3. Now Grab the Handling.meta from the "Part 2" folder and copy that to
"Mods\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\spupgrade\dlc.rpf\common\data"
replace the one that was in there
4. And Finally take the Vehicles.mete from the "Part 2" folder copy it over to
"Mods\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\spupgrade\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5"
to replace the one located in there
5.Enjoy!
Optional A.I.: install to "Mods\common.rpf\data\ai" and replace "vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta"
FiveM Server:
If you have any of the DLC vehicle addon packs remove 'vehicles.meta' and 'handling.meta' lines from their respective fxmanifest.lua, Also set this higher than the DLCs in your load order

1. Drop it into your "resource" folder
2. add "start YOURCHOICE" to your server config
3. Enjoy!
Optional/bug fix:If LS Customs doesn't work you'll need the carcol.meta copy both files out of the carcol folder and put them in your unlimited resource

Unlimited: For a more casual driver, steering angles are closer to default EXCEPT cycles, quads.

-Mass, Top speed, Number of Gears, Drive Bias, Drag coefficient, Down-force, Acceleration, and E-Brake lockup
have been tuned on ALL Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Bikes, Trikes, Quads, Cycles, Boats and Oats
to better reflect the performance values of what they have been based off,
Some vehicles will be faster others will be slower but they are all better than the Base game ˋ( ° ▽、° )

-Vehicles that have "visual" engine upgrades have been "sleeperfide" (I.E. Blowers, Top mount Turbos, Wheelie bars, etc..)
-Various adjustments to steering angles and lean forces on every motorcycle
-Reduced steering lock angle to increase overall drive-ability due to increased power
(this doesn't apply to the Drift Pack OR Drift Type Vehicles)
-Vehicle suspension, Tyre grip, and standard brake force HAVE NOT been changed as I didn't see the need to
-Certain vehicles ride heights have been adjusted simply for aesthetic factor, Other suspension settings remain unchanged
-Most duplicate vehicles now have separate handling values to better reflect their differences
(I.E. Blista Compact and Go Go Monkey Blista are two very different cars now ( ͡• ͜ʖ ͡• )
-Revamped AI to better handle vehicles (optional)
KNOWN BUGS:
-7th and 8th Gears have been removed due to the Rage engine not able to actually realize that you should be going faster in these gears
-also Rage engine thinks transmission tuning means adding an extra gear to it rather than shorting shift times
-This means Cars that would have 7/8 speed transmissions normally are now limited to 6
-Which also also means you shouldn't purchase transmission upgrades as they'll most likely nerf your top-speed
-Top speeds may not be 100% spot on to their real life counter parts
-Cars that "pop-up" wheelie unrealistically, I'm still working on the right numbers
-You may come to a sudden stop at high speeds if you have "auto repair" enabled in any trainer
-Grotti x80 Proto has no downforce, idk why it just won't work

INSTALLATION:
**Game will crash if not installed correctly, always keep back-ups**
***trying to use a FiveM version in single player WILL crash your game***
Single player:
0. Pick a version, You'll be able to change the handling.metas after initial setup
1. Launch OpenIV and navigate to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data"
replace the Handling.meta with the one included in the "Part 1" folder
2. then go to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5"
replace the vehicles.meta in there with the one from the "Part 1" folder
2.3. then copy the vehicles.meta from the "Part 1.3" folder to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpchistmas2018\common\data\levels\gta5"
and replace the vehicles.meta in there
2.6. after that copy the vehicles.meta from the "Part 1.6" folder to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\spupgrade\common\data\levels\gta5"
and replace the vehicles.meta in there as well
3. Now Grab the Handling.meta from the "Part 2" folder and copy that to
"Mods\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\spupgrade\dlc.rpf\common\data"
replace the one that was in there
4. And Finally take the Vehicles.mete from the "Part 2" folder copy it over to
"Mods\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\spupgrade\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5"
to replace the one located in there
5.Enjoy!
Optional A.I.: install to "Mods\common.rpf\data\ai" and replace "vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta"
FiveM Server:
If you have any of the DLC vehicle addon packs remove 'vehicles.meta' and 'handling.meta' lines from their respective fxmanifest.lua, Also set this higher than the DLCs in your load order
0. Pick a version
1. Drop it into your "resource" folder
2. add "start YOURCHOICE" to your server config
3. Enjoy!
Optional/bug fix:If LS Customs doesn't work you'll need the carcol.meta copy both files out of the carcol folder and put them in your unlimited resource

I love this. It's the best. Do you have any additional plans for the air handling file?
@Sun1 yeah it was a known bug. Turns out the value in the config file is the fault. I followed the correction instructions and deactivate the power by changing the to false and keep the torque only for the mod to work. Or did you tried this method as well?
@Sun1 using the LSD option in the Manual transmission mod may help, I haven't tired using inverse power yet.. I'll check it out and report my finds :)
Like @prince_linus said, making cars like the Vigero faster because they have some cosmetic mod parts like blowers etc. ruins this entire pack. Can't you make actual engine upgrades do that instead of making them way too fast from stock?

@GTA Unlimited I've been messing around a lot with various settings in Manual transmission there's a lot of good options, i did put the LSD up and it gave me some small power and then made my wheels feel like they were ice. In the handling meta is there something i can change like the values or true/false?
@GTA Unlimited Yep, would be absolutely perfect if you'd rework the acceleration times and maybe the braking powers as well. You created a really decent, nice handling mod, however, the over-the-top acceleration ruins it for me.
@Sun1 unfortunately there isnt many true/false flags in the metas that would affect handling but I did get to mess around with inverse power for a bit this morning, I find that if you set Power and Torque to 100 and everything else to 0 is a good starting base as it was able to keep my RPM up without inducing anything crazy also looking into Custom Streering (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/custom-steering-infamoussabre) to stop the game from automatically counter steering for you since you have an actual Wheel setup :)
@prince_linus Perfection is a must! lol but I do want to keep this mod as "unique" as possible as they would say, i'm sure I'll be able to accommodate this feature into a future update :)

The offroad motorcycles go way too fast. I have a 250cc and a 350cc and they don't even go that fast, 75 MPH top speed even on a 450cc. I know you said it's not supposed to be realistic but those off road bikes go way too fast for them to be enjoyable

ey dude this by far the best driving mod. BUT 90% OF VEHICLES ARE EXTREMELY FAST is there any chance of tweaking that. THANKS
@RealVJ yes, but what do you really mean?
@GTA Unlimeted well the cars go really fast like 0 to 300kmh in 2sec, and i mean all the cars not only GYs or Sport type, i grab one of those crapy cars like from 1964 and take the highway at 340kmh
@RealVJ that "should" be sorted in the latest version, reworked the "sleepers" so you'll need a power modifier (like in simple trainer) to bring out those vehicles full potential now
