2. With OpenIV go to GTAV directory and navigate to
Grand Theft Auto V\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\spupgrade\dlc.rpf\common\data
3. Enter edit mode, it's near the search bar of OpenIV
4. Right click on handling.meta and hit replace
5. Browse to the handling.meta you extracted for the .rar file
6. You are good to go !

@Twillrex for some reason when I edit the handling file it won't make it fwd it is still rwd, every time I edit the file it doesn't change anything in game. Is there another location for the blista2 handling
