Kotomi is a character of the anime and visual novel Clannad. This mod replaces the livery of the Clown van by an Kotomi Ichinose Livery. Also the clown horn sound is replaced by the sound of Kotomis violin.

Installation:
1. Copy the speedo2.ytd and speedo2+hi.ytd files into update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ (Open IV needed)
2. Copy vehicles.awc to x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf\ (this will remove all custom vehicle sounds)
OR (if you have other custom vehilce sound mods installed)
a) Go to x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf\; right click on vehiles.awc choose [Export to openFormats (.oac)] and export to the desktop.
b) Copy the 0x0103B3B2.wav and 0x08825799.wav from this mod to desktop\vehicles
c) Drag vehicles.oac from the desktop into x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf\
3. Done
