An updated version of one of my first mods, the Messerschmitt BF 109 E-3. This version is now an Add-On instead of replace.
What has been changed?
-new detailed wheels (they are also moving now instead of being static)
-new materials with adjusted specular, normal and dirt maps
-rear wheel and gear properly turning
-new blurred propeller texture
-custom weapons (cannon behind the propeller with great damage, but slow RoF and MGs on the wings with high RoF, but lower damage)
-flaps are now also moving when slowing down
-new gauges
-COL models adjusted
-custom ingame name
-tuneable (all basic aircraft mods + droptank (it's in the "skirt" category))
Before you use this, make sure to use the CWeaponInfoBlob Limit Adjuster by alexguirre to prevent the game from crashing during loading.
Includes an optional .ytd texture files without Swastikas on the tail.

Hello Skyline! i got a pretty good idea for a mod and i'm working on it, but i need someone to give me some tips on Scripting (if needed) and the general mod infrastructure, would you like to help?
@SkylineGTRFreak Isn't it the other way around? IE MGs are fired from behind the propeller while the cannons are wing mounted
also not to nitpick but the cockpit is from a 109G-2, instead of the actual BF109E-3 model
Which is strange because in War Thunder, only the BF109E-4 and E-7 has the wrong cockpit model. The E-3 has its proper cockpit. I can provide pics if needed
@Blaze well this is still the WoP model which was used in early versions of WT. There only was this cockpit, but I don't have access to the WT models.

@SkylineGTRFreak isn't it possible to just download the game and rip the models there? you don't need to unlock planes to see them in the hangar
@Blaze last time I tried WT wouldn't work with any public rippers. Well, sort of, but not perfectly and coupled with lots of extra work.

it seems they've changed it from the DX9 era
although back then I was just ripping for the skin files with 3Dripper

@Aquamarina Lol, that isn't a water tank; it's just a drop tank. "In aviation, a drop tank (external tank, wing tank, or belly tank) is used to describe auxiliary fuel tanks externally carried by aircraft."
