@erfet, I tried creating an add-on for you and failed miserably... as I'm not in patch 1.0.944.2!
I did extract the meta lines from the mpstunt.rpf and made some small edits to it. But when I try to spawn, it just doesn't show up. Does this dlc.rpf work for you? >> http://www.mediafire.com/file/d1nhmt3jmmw1bgg/rps13.rar
Place the dlc.rpf in folder dlcpack\rps13 and use spawn name rps13.
Don't forget to refer to it in dlclist.xml in your update.rpf.
So I did some more alterations to make it compatible with my game version 1.0.350.
It now spawns correctly as an add-on with tuning, sound, hands on steering wheel etc.
I have it almost 100% accept for the dashboard gauges not properly positioned.
@kizacudo Any idea what I could use to display them in the correct position? I've tried VDT_TAILGATER and VDT_DUKES so far.

on 1.0.350: yes, just no dials.

@dem Correct. I've deleted the add-on file from my mediafire yes. @erfet had almost a year to include it in the download.
