@Ahmedwld OK Please Follow These Steps To Add This Car To Your GTA 5 -:
1- First of all you should have downloaded and install OpenIV.
2- Then Open Your GTA 5 Folder in OpenIV by selecting on which Platform you are playing.
3- Wait for OpenIV to Load all the files.
4- Now Copy the Update folder into an another folder named mods inside your GTA 5 directory. (You can make a New Folder and just Rename it to Mods).
5- Once Copied Open The Folder Update in OpenIV
6- There will be two folders One will be x64 and other will be update.rpf
7- Open x64.
8- After Opening x64 Now you will see two folders namely data and dlcpacks
9- you have to open dlcpacks from here.
10- Copy the wraithb fie located in the Mod Download folder (Extract the downloaded rar using any archiever)
11- Paste it in dlcpacks
12- Now go back to update.rpf the one which you saw while performing step 6.
13- Open it.
14- There will be list of three folders Choose Common (Folder Name)
15- Once you opened common folder you should choose another folder named data which is located inside common folder
16- Open dlclist by right clicking on it and selecting edit.
17- Scroll below until you find </Paths> written it should be after the latest patch above the last line.
18- Hit Enter key before </Paths> to create a space. (You can also hit enter after the latest patch number <Item>dlcpacks:\patchday??ng\</Item> Press Enter Key Here)
19- insert this line provided in readme of the mod
<Item>dlcpacks:/wraithb/</Item>
20- it should look like this-
<Item>dlcpacks:\patchday??ng\</Item> Here ?? represents the patch number
<Item>dlcpacks:/wraithb/</Item>
</Paths>
</SMandatoryPacksData>
21- Save by using Save button down left corner of the screen.
22- If done accordingly you can spawn it by using any trainer which allows you to spawn added cars.
23- Remember to make backups of the file you are editing
