A long overdue civilian spec version of the Schyster Champion. You can thank me later.
All base features of the game work on this vehicle, and it even includes a wonderful ram bar for when you need to be persuasive. Or you want to pretend you're a cop from the 1970s. I won't judge. There will be a few updates in the future to add a couple more liveries, so keep an eye out for those.
Install instructions: pop the champion folder in your mods folder and add dlcpacks:/champion/ to your dlclist.

An update: I'll be figuring out the dirtmapping and the strange texture on the visors, and an attempt at cleaning some things up will be made. However, due to my overall lack of experience, considering this was a fairly quick edit, there might be some time before this update comes out.

Before anyone mentions it, I am fully aware of the texture issue on the visors and the dirt mapping. Those are issues that were present before this conversion and will not be fixed.
Yeah tbh it's full of issues, a lot of which are really easy fixes. The fact it's been released with bugs you're fully aware of but openly admit you won't bother fixing speaks volumes. Given how long this car has been around (literally 3 years now, maybe even more) there's no real excuse for it either.
Even still, it's a fantastic car. John did a fine job for its time and its a shame it hadn't received a release until now.

I had this converted into a civie version for myself but I did a halfassed job and even the dials refused to work for me. This one will do just fine, thanks.
