final - change Responder's wheel (pic3, you can download 2.0 version if you like the previous version wheels. pic1)
Tips:
the Unmarked one uses the same modkit id as w/'s Vapid Caracara 4x4, the unmarked can use tuning parts like it, grille, hood, bumper, trunk, roof, rearview mirror etc. You need to install w/'s Vapid Caracara 4x4 first if you want to use those tuning parts.
Pushbar is extra_1, cage is extra_2, side runner is extra_5. You can enable/disable them by any trainer.
NOTE!!!
If your emergency light doesn't work or they're in the wrong place,this is because they conflict with other mod you install. Use this SirenSetting Limit Adjuster
If the game crashes during the loading screen. Use custom gameconfig, you can find them on this website.
Installation:
1. copy the 'policecara' folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
2. open OpenIV, navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Add "< Item>dlcpacks:/policecara/< /Item>"
Spawn Name:
polcaracara, polumkcara

Yes,I didn't put mod folder in this DLC because I wanted to respect the work of the original author, otherwise my dlc would be exactly like him.

@sas994 I mean mapped as in it has a template to make your own skins (like the link you provided) but also is an unmarked police car. The one you sent doesn't have lights, it's only a civilian version of the vehicle. I am asking if you can make your police version (this file - trucara/umkcara) with the mapping (not included in this file) so it would be like your ghost vehicles but with a caracara ... I hope that makes more sense!

Can you stand on the sides of the car? I see it has these steps, is it possible to stand on them like the cops do on their cars in GTA 5 ?
