A stock version of the Vulcar Nebula Turbo, with the windscreen banner, mudguard/flaps, grille lamps and turbo badges removed. This variant features several stock liveries, including a basic pinstripe, black bonnet with stripe,
VULCAR side-stripes and a two-tone black scheme. It also features functional bumper fog lamps and Vulcar text in the dial cluster.

- Dirt mapping.
- Breakable glass and glass shards.
- Liveries (template included in the archive).
- Can be added to popgroups for extra variety.
ATTENTION: This mod requires The Diamond Casino & Resort update (1.48) to work.

---- Installation ----
1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the 'mods' folder or create it in the GTA V folder if you don't have it.
3. Navigate to or create the file path "update\x64\dlcpacks" within the mods folder:
4. Copy the 'nebula2' folder found within the archive into the mods folder.
5. Navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in update\update.rpf\common\data\. Right click and select "move to mods folder", or "show in mods folder" if you already have.
6. Add "<Item>dlcpacks:\nebula2\</Item>" to the bottom of the list within the dlclist.xml file.
7. If done correctly, the mod should be ready to use.
The vehicle serves as an add-on, model name "nebula2".

If you're not into lore-friendly cars you can simply ignore it and dont give the mod author a bad rating. why are you even playing GTA in the first place when all cars in the game would be unrealistic by your logic?

this car is so nice, with a less drift oriented handling (less burnout at start and more grip) this one could be gold!
