Hello This is my very first Euphoria mod If you are looking for pure realism this isnt it instead this mod brings back the chaotic cinematic and dramatic physics of GTA IV and Max Payne
Key Features
Cinematic Reactions Dramatic over the top physics for every gunfight
Wound Grabbing Peds will now dynamically hold their wounds when shot
Brutal Neck Shots Highly intense and dramatic reactions to neck trauma
Better Balancing Peds no longer just slump over after a couple of shots they fight the gravity
Installation
1 Open OpenIV
2 Drag and drop the oiv package installer into the window
3 Select Install to mods folder and wait for it to finish
4 Enjoy
Bug Status
Current Bugs None
Fixed in recent updates Stun gun issues and excessive weapon force have been fully resolved

New Feature Peds now dynamically hold their wounds when shot
Balancing Tweaked fall physics peds dont just instantly slump down anymore
Reactions Upgraded and improved physical reactions across the board
Combat Neck shots are now significantly more brutal

1.4 is under admin approval right now expect it to be done in about a couple days to a week.
when the update is finished with admin approval you will notice that the reactions have changed a lot from last update so what happened was I wanted to redo the whole mod so I redid it from scratch and now the reactions are far more exaggerated and also the balancing is better and peds can now take more shots and not fall down
you got the reactions just about right maybe some heaviness can't do wrong when the NPCs drop other than that good mod

hey how can i uninstall this mod i just wanna change it because theres no stumbling when shot
@blkzero hmm thats weird that theres no stumbling but to uninstall you can either delete your mods folder
or go to where the physics task is and get it from your original update folder not in the mods folder and you get it and replace i will reply with the path soon.
I like the way they react with full auto weapons. Reminds me of Max Payne 3

found it its gta v > mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > data > tune
