Open OpenIV and go to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ah64d\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gtav\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\
Turn on Edit Mode.
Open the ah64d.ytd file.
Replace the existing livery texture (e.g., ah64d_sign_1) with the new Indian Armed Forces image.
Click Save and launch the game.

Open your mod menu/trainer and spawn by name: ah64d
