The Close Quarter Battle Receiver (CQBR/MK18) is a replacement upper receiver for the M4A1 Carbine, developed by the US Navy. The CQBR features a barrel 10.3 in (262 mm) in length, similar to the Colt Commando short-barreled M16 variants of the past. This shorter barrel makes the weapon significantly more compact, which makes it easier to use in and around vehicles and in tight confined spaces. Special units such as commandos boarding ships and bodyguards for senior officers have found such shortened weapons very useful and use the CQBR.
Installation Guide:
- Navigate with OpenIV to the location below
- Mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday8ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > weapons.rpf
- Then drag & drop all ytd & ydr files from the folders inside weapons.rpf
FiveM Installation Guide:
- Create a folder inside your FiveM Server as a Directory named "MK18" or whatever you choose
- Drag the "__resource.lua" & "stream" folder into your created folder
- Go into your servers "server.cfg" and type "start [resource name]"

With the scope on, you can't ADS in first person
