All of my future mods with Russian-based peds will rely on this mod for the best experience. This also retroactively includes my Bale pack.
Firstly, a MASSIVE thanks to Sergeant_Shturmanov for providing Russian-to-English translations for the Konni Group's voice lines! After ripping the lines, there were over 2 hours of raw dialogue, and without his help, I wouldn't have been able to know what dialogue fit which GTA situations, and the Russian voice group would not have been possible. Cheers!
This mod changes all of the "fake" Russian lines that Bodgan's goons have to use the ones Russian operators use from Call of Duty; specifically, the voice lines in this mod will make any ped with the Bodgan goon voice group instead say lines that the Allegiance and Konni Group operators remark in MW 2019 and MWII/DMZ, respectively.
This may seem like a pointless mod on its own given no one really makes peds that utilise Bodgan's goons as a voice group; however, all of my past (i.e., my Bale pack) and future Russian peds do and will, and this mod adds that extra layer of authenticity to your game when you interact with them.
I apologise in advance if some of the Russian lines don't exactly line up with what triggers them. It's always finicky to match COD dialogue meant for combat into casual situations, like "getting bumped into."
For some variance, I took the most relevant lines from both the MW 2019 Allegiance MIL-SIM and MWII/DMZ Konni Group operators and divided them into their own .awc files. By default, all four files in each will only contain that voice group's lines. If you want to mix and match, borrow some from each when installing them.

As a result, you may still hear the original voices of Bodgan's goons when they are engaged in ambient interactions like banter, talking on the phone, and so forth.
There are no (known) bugs with any portion of this pack.

I have arranged both voices to be in their own respective folders. You can choose whether to install one of the voices all four times, or both of them at will. By default, all .awc files go in the following directory in OpenIV:
