Version from Download section is discontinued, I'm currently working over new version, you can check the test-version.

Zip has two folder: Debug(with debug logs) and Release(w/o logs), choose one and play. Feel free to notify me about any bug and enhancement idea you encounter.

@Mathox, btw, I have plans after 1.0 release port GSW2 to RPH, so it will have better compatibility with LSPDFR, but cannot estimate when it will be available.
Also GSW2 without some feature will be ported to GTAIV, my favorite GTA :)
