@sjaak327 сouldn't you have just duplicated this as a comment in the trainer.ini file itself? For example, there's an interesting line in trainer.ini that contradicts what you said a bit.
“If you don't copy this file to the GTAV directory, the trainer will use the default keybindings as described in readme.doc.”
