@ReNNie technically it is one big prop for easier relocation.
Some servers reported not spawning door and double props, v2.1 "should" fix that.

@Squeezed Juice Thankyou! It started way bigger, but the performance-issures required to size it down and remove some thousands of books, until it was running smooth.
Working on most computers I tested in singleplayer, so beware - it may load or not.
Updated file - changed floor textures & vertex colors, fixed some prop.
Tried to make it bigger, but at some point it would load in singleplayer anymore. So leaving that for now.

Yes, when I update it one day, I'm gonna make it bigger and add the underground-fightclub I could not bring to work in SP before.
Thanks! Yes, technically it is a prop. It started as an MLO, but it turn out more stable that way. And it's so small, does not need a room.
