Set a default weapon (configurable via .ini) when getting into a vehicle!

Causing crashes while pistol50 is set as default, havent tried any other weapons yet though
@Hellrazer_360 Hmm strange, do you have the latest scripthookv and scripthookv .net? Pistol50 works for me
