Shift + J - to open the main mod menu
LB + B - to open the menu with a controller.
That's all, no button spam here, all interactions are contextual and shown when needed.
To start a job visit its location. By default all the job blips are visible on the map (cog+wrench icons). Most jobs can also be started remotely — if you're already sitting in a suitable vehicle, just open the menu from anywhere.
To cancel started job - open main menu and select "Terminate current job".
REQUIREMENTS
- NET Framework 4.8.1 (pre-installed on Windows 11. For Windows 10 and older versions, manual installation is required);
- ScriptHookV (extract "bin" folder contents to your GTAV folder)
- Legacy only: ScriptHookV.NET nightly build
- Enhanced only: ScriptHookV.NET Enhanced
- LemonUI 2.x (place LemonUI.SHVDN3.dll into the GTAV\scripts folder)
INSTALLATION
Latest legal copy of GTA V (with all DLCs) is required. Both Legacy and Enhanced editions are supported.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the mod crashes or doesn't work as expected, a detailed log file named DriverJobsV.log will be created in your main GTAV game directory. Check this file first to identify the problem.

- - "The process cannot access the file '...\Jobs.xml'" (or any other XML file)
To fix that, install the DirectStorageFix by alloc8or.
- - Outdated SHVDN Version
Check your ScriptHookV.NET version in the log. If it is lower than 3.7.0.160 (for Legacy) or 1.1.0.5 / 3.9.0.0 (for Enhanced), try to update it to the latest version using the download links provided above.
- - Job Game-Breaking Bugs

NEW JOB: Firefighter
- Available at fire stations in Los Santos (El Burro Heights) and Paleto Bay;
- Custom epic fire generator with adjustable graphics quality settings;
- Take the wheel of a fire truck and operate the water cannon;
- The truck's water supply is limited and depletes as you extinguish fires;
- Refill your water supply from fire hydrants located throughout the city;
- Police will set up roadblocks near the fire scene;

@megaz0id when im in a vehicle during a job etc like that. disappears when im done with the job. sometimes like during off mission when im in a vehicle. i'll get a screenshot when that happens. how do i reach you

@Violent__Nomad Hmm. i can say there are 2 jobs you absolutely cannot do from driverjobs V while running LS RED. The fort zancudo escort job and the prison job. Both have a police escort system and since RED handles all police dispatches it seems to clash with Driverjobs. Those 2 jobs instantly crsh and shits down Driverjobs for me once you get to a point where you will be escorted. I also had a crash trying the weazel news helicopter job. But again...you are keeping up with a police chase so probably why. Are you getting a full CTD or is just driverjobs crashing and shutting down? Also any other mods you are using?
really really love the mod, but i got some requests. in the gruppe 6 job, could you make it so sometimes the player also enter the store and take the cash, so it's sometimes our partner takes the cash and sometimes the player takes the cash. I would really appreciate your reply
I know this is out of topic, but my other request is make daily expenses (just like RealLifeDailyExpenses from gta5-mods but somehow that script doesn't work in enhanced version) so that we have purpose to have jobs. because in story mode we have so much money and don't have something interesting to spend our money for when we complete the story, so I think daily expenses would be perfect for making us have purpose to have jobs, I would really appreciate your response man

I am not sure what could be the issue. a DriverJobsV log has not been created in the main directory either. Please help

I am running SHVDN Nightly 3.7.0.167 on GTA V Legacy. and your Troubleshooting says it must be 3.7.0.160 or newer. I'm not sure why it would be looking for version =3.7.0.106

@banjack hi bro, thanks for the feedback and suggestions, I’ll think about it. As for what to spend money on - that’s a topic for a separate mod, and I actually have a few planned. For now, you can check out my other mod, AutoDealers V. It’s a great way to invest your money in an immersive car-buying experience
@bafps hi bro, you can't add a new route, but you can override an existing one. Honestly, it’s not that easy to do because you need a tool for mass coordinate recording. There is a built-in one in the mod's dev mode, so if you want, I can explain it in more detail on Discord. In short, you need the file DriverJobsData/Pools/BusStops.xml - it contains a list of bus stops for each route. The first coordinates are the position of the stop itself, and the nested coordinates inside it are the spawn positions for the passengers

@megaz0id I try, as it's conversations in mod comments by just the other users that have helped me troubleshoot a problem i have (other games other mods) People forget that there can be some good tech support in the comments without even bothering the authors sometimes. Sorry for my walls of text though. Speaking of...did you happen to see my suggestion for Driverjobs? Just throwing it out there again incase you didn't. Eventually being able to purchase the businesses that supply the jobs would be really cool. As i said before the core of the mod wouldn't go away you would still have the option to just do the jobs yourself but if you purchase the business then it could have passive income or even expenses to keep the business running, if you bankrupt the business then i guess you oculd lose ownership and it would revert back to a regular part of the mod. Just spitballing. I know it's weird but I like to do non criminal roleplay sometimes but there isn't a lot to do. I wish there were more legal business mods. Keep up the great work. look forward to whatever you cook up next.
