its not car variation meta either
I think there is something wrong with zones or something the busses delete and respawn with different livery's especially around Dashound center. I'm unsure if its conflicting with another mod or if its this mod but when i disable this mod that doesn't happen.

@ModdingisGreat21 yes hit F7 key while in plane. Go to plane manager and press add the plane I’m in. Also use airport menu to set airport info. In my original ini LCPP already has a set Airport. Watch my YouTube video above to see how to fly to Liberty city. Also menu screenshots are above.
@MarcusStone Script hook v dot Net 3 nightly build. Most recent should work fine.
How long till you update with Initi File. And you should add set airport feature so when i do fly to other cities a can set a runway blip.

I figured it out. the new game version makes a lot of Script mods not work! You need an older game version.
