Once you own a business, you can manage and improve its performance over time.
Depending on the business and its current state, you can:
Empire Bonus
The more businesses you own, the larger your empire-wide income bonus becomes.
Business Events
Owned businesses can trigger different events that require decisions from the player.
Events may affect:
Some events can create opportunities, while others introduce temporary risks or expenses.
Business Value & Resale
Every owned business has a dynamic value based on factors such as upgrades, recent performance, staff, marketing, reputation and business events.
Businesses can be sold again, allowing the player to make a profit or take a loss depending on how the property has performed.
How It Works
Find an available business on the map and visit its entrance.
Approach the BusinessV interaction point and press E or the corresponding controller button to purchase it.
Once owned, return to the business to access its management options.
BusinessV interaction points are positioned separately from original GTA shop interactions to reduce conflicts with vanilla menus.

@Wilson_dll : I can't install the mod. I'm using the "Enhanced" version of GTA V on Steam and playing the story mode. I copied the "scripts" folder into the game directory (steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced), but when I launched the game, nothing happened—it was as if I were just playing without mods.
I fixed everything, and it's all working. Thanks for the wonderful mod!

i think 3k per day is too much in low level. Honestly for realistic and hard experience (which i personally prefer) it shoul be 10x lower. U could do like 2-3 versions of the mod. Easy, normal, hard (realistic values)

A cool mod, but whenever i launch the mod for the second time and want to buy something, this message always appears ,,Purchase failed. The financial change was rolled back because the save could not be written''.Could someone please help me?

@Nick9128 I had the same issue. Resolved by giving my Windows account permission to write to the BusinessV folder. This is how:
Right-click GTA V Enhanced\scripts\BusinessV → Properties → Security → Edit
Select your Windows user account
Allow Modify and Write
Apply and restart the game.
BusinessV can then create BusinessV.save.json and purchases work normally.
Lowkey would really appreciate a settings file to enable world markers to show the spots to buy/manage a business, having a hard time finding the spots other than the blip
@HypnotistVal in the BusinessV.settings file you can change the "InteractionDistance" which is default 1.75
