Velkommen til GTA5-Mods.com

Hey guys, it’s been years since I last worked on mods or skins. I’m trying to figure out how to get NPCs to wear helmets during story mode! Right now, they only wear them during the final heist mission, but not when you rob them during random encounters. If anyone knows how to fix this, I’d appreciate the help!
