Maibatsu Mule Bounce [Add-On]

Hey! I love your mod, but to make your mod work, I always have to change my Windows region setting to "English (United States)". I have to change it every time I play GTA V. Could you please consider fixing the region setting issue? So this mod works regardless of the regional settings? I also saw this was already brought up by others in the comments.
    Thank you! Keep it up!

    *** Disclaimer ***
Since Rockstar added the Mule Custom (also named "mule4") with the After Hours Update, this Add-On is conflicting. When I have the time I will release an update in order to fix the conflicts.
