WHAT THIS MOD DOES
If an NPC sees you with a weapon, he will react acordingly, they will also say an unused line, which is the same line used by this mod:

Security guards and other pedestrians considered civilians will apply to this mod, but it will leave out gangs and police, it will also not work on mission npcs and npcs from other mods.
If you want gangs to confront you you have my mod the beef for that:: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/the-beef
If you want cops to confront you you have my mod weapon wanted for that: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/wanted-for-weapon
You can also change how far the npcs can see you in the ini.
