Ever wanted to build something real in Los Santos, not just rob it, race through it, or blow it up Empire Group puts you in the driver's seat (literally) of your own business empire, starting with real estate but built to grow into way more than that.
This isn't a menu you tab into and forget the game world exists. You're out on the road, chasing a call from your assistant about a new listing, driving across the city to meet the agent, standing face-to-face with a seller to talk them down on price. Every deal happens in the open world no shortcuts, no teleporting, just you, your car, and a city full of opportunity.
Real estate is just the start. Right now you can:
Buy property, negotiate like it's your money on the line, and actually drive there to close the deal
Rent it out, sell it for a profit (or a loss, if you're not careful), or sink cash into renovations to boost its value
Hire an assistant who actually works for you she finds deals, negotiates, collects rent, and calls you when something needs a decision
Pay real corporate tax, deal with market conditions, and fire an assistant who isn't pulling her weight
The loop:
Create your company and pick an assistant, each with her own strength
She calls when a new opportunity comes up head out and go find it
Meet the agent, then drive to the property and negotiate with the seller yourself
Once it's yours: rent it, sell it, renovate it, or sit on it
Your assistant handles tenants and buyers, and calls you when it's decision time
Rent rolls in weekly, taxes come out automatically, and your empire keeps growing

Installation
1.Install Script Hook V and ScriptHookVDotNet3 first, (if you have it already skip this step)
2. Drop LemonUI.SHVDN3.dll, iFruitAddon2.dll, PropertyEmpire.dll, and Properties.xml into your GTA V scripts subfolder.
3.Launch GTA V normally. The mod loads automatically no extra steps.
Controls
F6 Open the main menu. Create Company, Manage Company, Delete Company
E Context action. talk to the agent/seller, or manage a property you're standing at
Enter Confirm / accept during negotiations
N Decline during negotiations
Y Confirm at the real estate agent
Call your assistant (in-game phone) Opens the Assistant Menu, company status and any pending decisions
Getting started:
Press F6 , Create Company, give it a name
Choose your assistant. Emma (more opportunities), Sophia (better rent income), or Ava (better negotiated prices)
Wait for a call about a new property, then head to the yellow marker (the real estate agent) to hear the details

I love it! and it works, I've ran into a bug, when i'm at the home and try to decline the offer it just keeps coming back the pop up where he says negotiate offer etc, maybe its a bug of my end but thats the only thing! Great mod always wanted one like this!
