This script was heavily influenced by the chaos mod.
Every 30 seconds, a random effect happens. The effect will popup above the mini map as a notification. Some effects are beneficial, some are troll effects, and some can be harmful (such as deleting the players current vehicle)
IMPORTANT: the mod is off when you first spawn. Press the period key to activate the mod. It can be toggled on and off.
INSTALL: navigate to your GTA main directory, create a folder called "scripts" and place the script in that folder.
REQUIREMENTS: ScriptHookV, ScriptHookV .NET
This mod is still a work in progress. installation instructions and all effects are listed in the READ ME.txt file you receive upon downloading.
