SmashnGrabV lets you search and take items like cash and weapons from random NPC cars. You can adjust how often loot appears, what kind of loot there is, and the car models. For the dispatch system, someone needs to see the crime, use their phone in the game, and finish the call for dispatch to be triggered. After the call, there's a random delay of 1.5 to 4 seconds before wanted stars show up. If you kill or scare away the witness before they call, dispatch won't happen. Witnesses who attack you first also don't trigger dispatch, though normal GTA crime rules might still apply if you fight back. Police response uses the game's built-in system: patrols at one star, roadblocks and tougher units at two stars, and helicopters at three stars, without changing the maximum wanted level.

This actually seems very nice, love to see it nicely done, a little rough around the edges with the breaking of the glass but, still a very good one
