It’s not realistic at all. You should use the stretcher DLC together with rescue personnel, load it into the vehicle, instead of just pressing a couple buttons to respawn right there on the street.

@Koukol That's great. I currently use DLSS5 for graphics. I plan to add many large map mods, various cape-equipped peds, and superhero props.
