The oil rig currently is sitting just west of the Vespucci Pier on the left side of the map (Placement in pictures is slightly different than linked). The model is not perfect by any means, as it had to be decimated from a much higher poly count than is currently shown. It also includes night time emissive lights for the platform and helipad.
Developers:
For those who wish to move the rig to another spot on the map, every ydr has the same origin, meaning that all 7 ydrs are set to the same coordinates. Essentially you don't have to worry about adjusting the x,y,z axis as each part will align itself.
Install:
Place oilplatform dlc in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Insert line " dlcpacks:/oilplatform/ " in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
Changelog:
1.0 - Initial release

@lutton Go to Google and search for "tej garage," and all the details about the garage will appear there.
Good job sir thanks you for hard work it's a good idea!
Nice, I could probably do a Shadow Company Oil Raid with this!
Reminds me of the Dark Water mission from MWII, nice work
Amazing.
Could there ever be a atmospheric Satellite prop created.
@nj5050 if you find a model for it sure, send it over
@lutton Oh giggity thats fantastic. So where exactly do I find a perfect model to share with you?
For now here's one I have that was initially created by another author, its mainly a small size ISS Satellite space station module. It would be awesome if it could just fly slowly below orbit in the sky & capable of being reached either by aircraft or some sort teleporter on ground, whichever is easy for you.

@nj5050 I'll see if I can find a better model then. I'm not sure the flying part will necessarily be do-able unless it's a vehicle (which I have no experience in). I'll reach out to some other people who do vehicles and see what they think. I can certainly do a fixed object in the sky type ordeal though.
@lutton This sounds epic bro. Anything closely resembling the ISS Space station satellite, would just be an incredible thing to gaze at & visit up there.
No need for it to be traversing across the sky, though a little back & forth movement up there would be more immersive but not wholly necessary, especially if its time consuming.
Installed it and used as a prop in a fly by making a video. Looks very good. Going to make another flick exploring it. .
@luttpn This is just great man - love flying by the coast and having this poking out of the water - very immersive
Question: if I wanted to move the platform in its entirety what would I need to adjust for that?
I am trying to move this one north, as it is very close to my approach path to the airport in large jets.
Would love to see this among the other rigs I have up in the North Sea of LS
Any help is greatly appreciated!
@TimetoDine If you have codewalker or you want to adjust the xml files, you can just set the coordinates for all ydr files to the exact same coords and it will work just fine

Where on the map does it appear?
@loko1522 Reference description (West of the Vespucci Pier)
does it have a Nevmesh? I can't get the npc's to move on it.
@Rodutchi No it does not have navmesh. I prioritized the ability to move the oil rig easily which would not be possible if I added navmesh.
Any pictures of the lower levels/closeup pictures? I know its not the highest quality but I still want to see
@lutton There's an airport in the background of the image, did you make that? I've been looking for something of quality for a long time but I've never found anything like it.
