@CTadwafg It's a similar thing going on for me. The cops stare at me or rush me.
In my game cops exit their vehicles and either stand in place or run up to me and stare before I'm even wanted/
@SuleMareVientu Ok, on a separate install I am having the enemy blips not showing on minimap and
HideEnemiesBlips = false is the setting.

After rain, in clear weather, the cars will get dirty again but blood does not stick any more.

Excellent tool. I can now play the game that I legitimately own without R* interference.
Version 13 prevents the Sandy Shores Sheriff station door from being accessed. Reverting to version 12 makes it work again.
This is beautiful!
This mod has so much potential as having a challenging enemy to fight. One thing for sure that needs to be addressed is Assassins spawning right on top of you (not literally). The spawn needs to be further out on the map because materializing right next to you and then you're immediately Busted is just too sci-fi to be any fun.
