can i have have VWE , IVPack , and RDE at same time, if so what is the recommended mod installation

First of all thanks to the devs for this amazing work, i love vanilla cars not a big fan of rl cars in gta 5, so i have questions, last vwe i installed was 1.9 i guess and i recall there was a compability installler for rde and ivpack, but i ve downloaded te latest version of vwe and it seems the compability there isn't anymore, i am talking about the compability that have popgroups, vehicle.meta and other files like this
