@Kwazulu edit tonemaping in visualsettings.dat will fix flickering if you're using NVR + PRSA

Open with OpenIV Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\visualsettings.dat

change Tonemapping.dark.filmic.E to 0.01

After that play with brightness settings within ENB.

here's a small clip i've rendered with rockstar editor of NVE + PRSA https://www.dropbox.com/s/qbqpfvxmmas9xam/%D0%9F%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%82%201.mp4?dl=0

@alin23 turn of Adaption, Turn on original post processing and in color correctin menu set brightness to 1
