In the "Melee Flashlight" path: mods/update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/mphalloween/common/data/ai,
Although it is a file which does not exist, if you put a file there, Melee Flashlight data will be used with the highest priority.
The path of the original file is,
path: mods/update/x64/dlc_patch/mphalloween/common/data/ai

@cobraromania

Thank you. I understood a little.
I want you to make it more real as it is too bright overall, is not it?

If we change the "0x00707070" of the "SecondaryLightColor value" of weaponcomponents.meta to "0x00303030" to "0x00505050" I think that it will become real brightness.

@Modz4Me
Sorry, I can not do anything for it.
Please tell Rockstar Games developed.

@machine4578
As you say this Mod is incomplete yet.
I also want to make a beautiful mini map, but I can not find the cause file. Please wait patiently.

@umisery @umisery
I'd also like to make a mini map that I did not enlarge. But sorry. For me this is the limit.

@tung6902
I'd like to make an Ultra Wide Mini Map if you like, but I do not have an Ultra Wide Display. Therefore, I can not make it because I can not make adjustments even if I want to make it. sorry.
