This mod allows for anvil crawler lightning to be summoned during thunderstorms in GTA V. It was created by altering the "vfxlightningsettings.xml" script by VisualV, which is also necessary for this mod to work. (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/visualv)
It surely isn't perfect but it's a fun and diverse addition to the game :)
Installation instructions included within the "Readme!" file in the downloaded .zip
