it asks for my game activation? but i play offline because im on a downgraded version. Both intro skippers are disabled, anyone know the fix?

Hey alot of us using enhanced now, this mod is really good but could you look into an enhanced port would be greatly appreciated!!! also could you add it so that cars no longer blow up on crash impact.
