  • Love this mod — compatibility issue with Playable Online Character
This mod completely transforms SP into something immersive. The property management, daily salaries, valet service, and helipad features are brilliantly executed. It's become a must-have in my load order.
I'm using PropertyManager v1.1 with Playable Online Character v4.2, and I've encountered an issue:
Issue: When I'm playing as the MP character (mp_m_freemode_01 via POC), I cannot interact with any service staff (valet, bartender, security, maid, chef). The prompts simply don't show up. Property ownership and billing work fine for the MP hash (1885233650), so the save system recognizes the character, but the NPC interaction triggers appear to be blocked.
Workarounds tried: Reloading the character with F10 doesn't help, and the only way to interact is to exit to Director Mode → select a protagonist → exit to story, which is quite cumbersome for routine interactions.
Question: Is the interaction logic hardcoded to only trigger for the three story protagonists (player_zero, player_one, player_two)? If so, would it be possible to whitelist mp_m_freemode_01 and mp_f_freemode_01 as valid interaction targets?
Both mods are fantastic on their own, and it would be amazing to see them play nicely together. Thanks for your time and for the great mod!

  • Amazing mod — just one compatibility hurdle with PropertyManager
First off, thank you for this incredible mod. The ability to import my actual GTAO character and use the Interaction Menu in SP is a game-changer. The outfit variety, weapon customization, and overall polish make this one of the best character mods out there.
I'm running POC v4.2 alongside PropertyManager v1.1, and I've hit a compatibility issue I wanted to flag:
Issue: When playing as the MP character (mp_m_freemode_01), all PropertyManager service staff (valet, bartender, security guards, maid, chef, etc.) become completely non-interactable. The interaction prompts simply don't appear.
    What I've tried:
Updated both mods to the latest versions.
Pressed F10 to reload the character, but this only reloads the MP model — it doesn't switch back to a story protagonist (Michael/Franklin/Trevor), so the issue persists.
Checked settings.real_estate.save.ini and confirmed that property ownership data does exist under hash 1885233650 (mp_m_freemode_01), so PropertyManager recognizes the MP character for ownership/billing, but the NPC interaction logic seems to block MP models.
My guess: PropertyManager likely checks the player's model hash before triggering service staff prompts, and since mp_m_freemode_01 isn't in its "protagonist whitelist," the interaction is silently disabled.
Request: Would it be possible to add an option (or a compatibility patch) that either:
Temporarily reports the player's hash as a story protagonist when near PropertyManager NPCs, or
Allows us to fully exit the MP character back to a protagonist without using Director Mode?
Thanks again for the amazing work — hoping this can be resolved so these two fantastic mods can work together seamlessly!
