Man you've been on fire, I was hoping for the autoloading of maps and auto unloading while I was reading the list of features and it seems you delivered...
Unable to make it works ... GTA V legacy 1.0.3725, latest scripthookV and scripthookdonet, lemonui also updated V3... Only compatible with latest gta V legacy version ?
Any chance for an automatic loading unloading of maps by distance? there's a few mods already doing this, but doing it within the very map editor would be the perfect addition for it, been suggesting it to people that fiddle with this mod for about years now, are you the one?
@thalilmythos I'll add that to the plan for future updates
@andre500 Is this mod meant to literally replace Guadmaz's Map Editor?
@Zona Comics Yes, it completely replaces the Guadmaz's Map Editor. I kept all the features it had and added a lot of new ones :)
@andre500 That's great to hear—amazing! Congratulations—excellent mods.
@andre500 You'll be bringing life to a looot of maps and saving a looot of games from certain crashes with that feature I'm certain
It's beautiful to see such a great mod coming back to life. One thing, andre, could you add more idle animations with props? Also, things like sitting down or leaning against a wall would be awesome for scenarios
Thank you for updating this great mod and adding so many features. However, when testing it, I noticed that when you lower or raise the camera too much, it goes off-axis. To re-center the camera, I have to exit and re-enter the map. I hope this can be fixed. Thank you for your effort; it's appreciated.
@enmael Yes, that's a bug that's been around since the classic Map Editor. I've fixed it, and I'm currently working on fixing other free-camera bugs. I'll release them all in one big patch.
@andre500 A million thanks!!
@thalilmythos I added map streaming
@enmael Now the camera can no longer be turned upside down, which used to cause it to break. Plus, I fixed the camera's issues when player in interior
@andre500 I'm excited now
@andre500 Thank you for taking the time to read the feedback; not all developers do that. And thank you also for this wonderful, fast update. 🙏
Should the language files be placed in a separate folder within MapEditor?
@andre500 Hello again,
I noticed that the language files don't include Brazilian Portuguese. I'd like to contribute a translation, as I've had one for quite a long time. I originally created it when I ported it for Guadmaz's mod, but I was never able to get in touch with him to provide the Portuguese language file so it could be added to the mod.
Since you released this mod and it uses the same language files as his, I'd like to offer my translation so it can be included here as well.
If you're interested, where could I send the file to you?
Thank you for your time and for your work on the mod.
@Zona Comics Please send the translation file to any chat on my Discord server. I'll add it in the next patch.
@andre500 I sent the file in the general chat.
