@Algonquin1234 Thanks for the compliment ! Honestly, I might be able to add a version for LCPP, but I am not sure yet. Even though it only involves editing a text file, it requires quite a bit of work since a large part of it needs changing, and the file is very long. Not to mention the optimization. In any case, I am glad it is working well for you!

@Algonquin1234 I think that in LCPP, the mod includes a popcycle.dat file (which handles vehicle spawning) containing the Liberty City districts, thus allowing vehicles to spawn in Liberty City. Unfortunately, my mod does not include the Liberty City districts because it was not designed for LCPP. I am sorry to have wasted your time with my mod; to get traffic back, just replace the LCPP popcycle.dat file, and you might find vehicles in Liberty City. However, the traffic will be almost identical to that of the original game for Liberty City. Alternatively, if you are feeling ambitious, you can find the popcycle.dat file included in LCPP, open it, copy all the GTA IV districts, and paste them into my popcycle.dat file. I think it works, but it is worth a try. Another option: completely uninstall the mod if you are not satisfied with the rest. I hope this helps.
