regarding my last comment, i believe this mod was made with graphics mods like visualv in mind, something that i think shouldlve been disclosed better. the vanilla coronas are pretty big, so the headlights/wig-wags when emergency lights are on end up being way too bright. if you don't want to swap out the corona.dds, i made the following changes to the sirensettings in the carcols:

- RDE_LSPD_CrownVic: siren 11 and 12 = corona size 2
- RDE_LSPD_CrownVic_Slicktop_Unmarked: siren 5 and 6 = corona size 2
- RDE_PAP: siren 13 and 14 = corona size 2
- RDE_LSSD_CrownVic clone: siren 11 and 12 = corona size 2; siren 13 and 14 = corona size 2 + intensity 50
- RDE_LSSD_Stanier_Unmarked_Slicktop: siren 4 and 5 = corona size 2; siren 6 and 7 = corona size 2 (also if you want to fix the amber lights not lighting the environment, go to siren 16 and 17 and set light value to true)
- RDE_LSSD_Tahoe_Unmarked: siren 9 and 10 = corona size 2
- RDE_SanBernardinoSD_CVPI/Tahoe: siren 13 and 14 = corona size 2 + intensity 100
- SAHP_Main: siren 11 and 12 = corona size 1.5 + intensity 100
- RDE_FBI: siren 17 and 18 = corona size 2
- RDE_FBI_CrownVic: siren 5 and 6 = corona size 1 + intensity 200; siren 7 and 8 = corona size 2
- USMS_Primary: siren 15 and 16 = corona size 1.5

this doesn't fix everything, but it was good enough for me. thought i'd share in case anyone else had the same problem

wig wag coronas on certain cars are so big in foggy weather. its like the power of the sun is chasing me. ive tried changing out the corona dds but its still an issue. shame 'cause the rest of the lighting is great :/

whenever i enter the arcade in paleto and come back outside, the weather looks weird. the sky's super bright but other parts are dark; think it might be because the game reads that i'm still indoors. tequila-la also wont load unless to teleport inside using a trainer. any fix to this?

@JusttGhostt I'm having this issue, what was the fix?
